Accountancy pricing FAQ
How does banding work?
The band rate applies to every client in the book. Ten clients cost €200; eleven cost €176. There is no floor.
How does annual billing work?
Choose yearly billing to receive 12 months for the price of 10. The annual amount is charged upfront.
What happens when I add a client mid-month?
The client is available immediately. The new whole-book rate applies from the next invoice.
What happens at 51 clients?
Otis raises an internal alert and keeps you on the Scale rate until a custom contract is agreed. There is no automatic custom charge.
How do we migrate from Dext?
Our team handles the migration with you. Automated migration tooling is not required for the initial onboarding.
